2026 has just started and a lot of people have goals and resolutions. Why do you think people do that?
People do do that. Always with the goals. Always with the resolutions! I haven't done the research, but I'm confident the first week of January is peak water bottle store season. That's a genre of store, right? Even if I hypothetically give up drinking 168 ounces of water a day by January 19th, the wanting to drink more water was the whole point. Wanting is an affirmation that you still believe your life is worth improving.
