You wrote a really great piece ahead of the release of your book Choose Your Own Disaster. It was for the Washington Post titled "No, my book is not a ‘guilty pleasure’ just because I’m a woman." I can confirm that I've read your book. It's fantastic and I don't feel guilty for having read it. What's it feel like to have your second book out in the world?

Thank you so much for saying that! To be honest, it's a little anticlimactic, but it's always thrilling to hear from people who read and enjoyed it. I never feel as though I've done enough—maybe I'll be proud of myself after I've written by third book?

Any big plans for Autumn?

Finishing my third book! And hopefully taking a trip to Scandinavia sometime in October, because I've never been.
